We just planned out the menu for ONCE Follow the Honey and oh my goodness, we are so excited!Look out for crusted crustacean: lobster with bee pollen and vanilla butter, savory crocquembouche filled with duck pate, arepas with honeyed pork shoulder, and seven more courses in this ten course extravaganza! Do you have a family get together coming up soon? Want to spend it with your family and friends, instead of in the kitchen? We love catering backyard BBQs! From all-out smoked ribs and brisket, to a vegetarian al fresco experience with veggie-ful pasta salad, mustardy potato salad, and dips with crudite, we do it all. Inquire to find out more!

 

Bread and Salt and Corn!

On Sunday, July 20th, our friends at Bread and Salt Hospitality are hosting another fantastic dinner.The theme this time is corn! A delicious native grain, corn is one of our favorite fresh summer ingredients. With Josh and Katrina at the helm, we know it will be both beautiful and delicious. Join them at the beautiful Sloane Merrill Gallery in historic Beacon Hill for a dinner to remember.

Omnivore: ONCE Meal Delivery

  • Honey mustard BBQ chicken
  • Chorizo stuffed quahogs
  • Roasted zucchini with fresh herbs
  • Strawberry muffins

Vegevore: ONCE Vegetarian Meal Delivery

  • July corn and bean salad
  • Fettuccini with Shiitake mushrooms and Prescott cheese
  • Summer fruit parfait
  • Grilled fennel and spinach salad

And don’t forget Taco Night on Monday! Every Monday this summer from 6 -8, or until we run out.

We’ve launched our new website and very soon we’ll have an improved ordering system. Don’t be alarmed! It’s the same great food made even easier. You can also inquire about catering and hall rentals.
