Our pals at Island Creek Oysters know a huge amount about the very interesting and very delicious bivalves that propagate along the Eastern seaboard.
We have asked them to come tell us about about aquaculture and oysters and they have graciously accepted.
There was no way we couldn’t serve you their delicious oysters so, yes, there will be a raw bar, and yes, we will be serving lobster rolls.
What? Wait? Lobster rolls? Yes, Lobster Rolls. On brioche made by Chef Mary. Because we love you.
Also: Pizza with goat cheese crema sauce, apples, caramelized onions and Cabot Clothbound Cheddar. And asparagus.
