One of the things that makes Cuisine en Locale different from a restaurant is that every time we go into the kitchen to cook we are doing something different.
Our weekly shared personal chef service, ONCE a Week, has a new menu weekly, based on the seasons and what the farmers have to offer us.
We cater at people’s homes, and event halls, and each menu is custom designed.
But we rarely get to serve our creations in a public forum, and we want to show off!
Enter ONCE on a Whim- ten courses of overthought, gourmet, locavore treats, hand crafted in small batches by the head chefs at Cuisine en Locale.
This whim features tenderloin of Snow Farm all grass fed beef and goat parmesan from Copperhead Farm.
